1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing fashioncrib.co.za, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or submit an order.

These terms apply to visitors, account holders and customers. A purchase is also subject to the product information and checkout details displayed when the order is submitted.

2. About the online store

Fashioncrib SA operates the online store at fashioncrib.co.za and sells footwear, clothing, streetwear and related fashion products to customers in South Africa.

Products are purchased through the website. Please contact our team before visiting the business address. For a return, Fashioncrib SA must first provide written approval and confirm the available return option, location and instructions in line with the Return & Refund Policy.

3. Products and availability

We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, colours, images, sizes, prices and availability. Screen settings, lighting and photography may cause minor colour differences.

Stock is subject to availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. If a paid product becomes unavailable, Fashioncrib SA will contact the customer and offer an appropriate replacement, alternative or refund.

Customers must review the product description and select the correct product, colour and size before placing an order.

4. Prices and displayed information

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). The product price, applicable discount, delivery charge and total payable are displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Standard nationwide delivery is free unless a different charge is clearly displayed before checkout. Any applicable return-shipping or re-delivery charge is governed by the relevant published policy.

Fashioncrib SA may change prices or promotions before an order is placed. A price change does not apply retrospectively to an order already accepted, except where correction of an obvious error is permitted by law and handled fairly.

5. Placing and accepting orders

Customers can purchase by selecting a product and available size or option, adding it to the cart, proceeding to checkout, providing accurate billing and delivery details, selecting an available payment method and submitting the order.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that the order was received; it does not require Fashioncrib SA to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully confirmed and Fashioncrib SA confirms the order for processing. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, an unverified payment, suspected unauthorised activity, delivery limitations or another reasonable operational or legal reason.

If Fashioncrib SA cancels a paid order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate replacement option or refund the amount paid.

6. Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Scan to Pay through AddPay. Follow the on-screen instructions at checkout to complete payment.

Supported online transactions are processed through AddPay. Fashioncrib SA does not store complete payment-card details on its website servers.

An order is considered paid only after payment has been authorised, received and verified. Full payment information is provided in our Billing Terms and Conditions.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated dates, eligibility requirements, stock availability and any product exclusions. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to an order after it has been submitted.

Fashioncrib SA may correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion affected by a genuine technical, pricing or publication error, subject to applicable consumer law and the rights of customers with accepted orders.

8. Processing and delivery

Fashioncrib SA currently delivers to valid physical addresses in South Africa. Standard nationwide delivery is free, with an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days.

Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, road closures, courier disruptions, incorrect customer information or other circumstances outside normal control.

The customer must provide a complete delivery address, postal code, recipient name and working contact number. Full delivery terms, courier information, tracking, address corrections and failed-delivery conditions are available in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within the published 21-day return period, subject to the product condition and approval requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.

Fashioncrib SA covers approved return shipping when we delivered a defective product, the wrong size or an incorrect product. A R199 return-shipping fee applies to an eligible customer-remorse return, including where the customer selected the wrong size when ordering. No separate restocking fee is charged.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when the funds become visible.

10. Order cancellations

Customers should contact Fashioncrib SA as soon as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after payment confirmation, order processing or courier handover.

If an order has already been dispatched, the published return conditions apply once the order has been delivered. Nothing in this section limits a cancellation or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

11. Customer accounts and information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account, contact, payment and delivery information. Account login details must be kept confidential and must not be shared or used to permit unauthorised access.

Notify Fashioncrib SA promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without authorisation. We may suspend access or hold an order while reasonably investigating suspected fraud, misuse or a security concern.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to:

• break any applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
• submit false, fraudulent or misleading information;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with website security or operation;
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• scrape, copy or commercially exploit website content without written permission; or
• place fraudulent orders, abuse promotions or misuse payment and dispute processes.

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders or take appropriate action when misuse is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

The Fashioncrib SA name, website design, original text, graphics and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party brand names, logos and product marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Website content may be viewed for personal shopping purposes. It may not be reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers, couriers, mapping services, social networks and shipment-tracking tools. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when a customer uses those services.

Fashioncrib SA is responsible for its own obligations to customers and does not control the independent operation or content of an unrelated third-party website.

15. Personal information and privacy

Fashioncrib SA processes personal information for purposes such as account administration, order fulfilment, payment confirmation, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

16. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable and did not arise from a breach of a legal duty owed to the other party.

Fashioncrib SA does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Events beyond reasonable control

Fashioncrib SA will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, civil disruption, widespread network failure, labour disruption, courier interruption or government action.

We will take reasonable steps to limit the effect, communicate material delays known to us and resume performance when reasonably possible. Statutory customer rights remain unaffected.

18. Questions, complaints and dispute resolution

Contact Fashioncrib SA first so that we can investigate and try to resolve an order, payment, delivery, product or refund concern. Include the order number and a clear description of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may use any complaint, alternative-dispute-resolution or court process available under applicable South African law.

19. Governing law and severability

These Terms and Conditions and transactions made through fashioncrib.co.za are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

20. Changes to these terms

Fashioncrib SA may update these terms when business processes, website features or legal requirements change. The effective date shown below identifies the current version.

An accepted order remains governed by the terms and published policies applicable when the order was placed, unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.
