Handling time is (3-4) Working Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time 5:00 pm (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg)
Delivery Terms:
We use Aramex or Courier Guy for Shipping to deliver the product.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at (sales@fashioncrib.co.za) or Call Us at (+27 69 442 5466)
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We don’t offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. (sales@fashioncrib.co.za)
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide a wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product. (sales@fashioncrib.co.za)
DELAYED
However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 14 business days.
TRACKING AN ORDER

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps. (sales@fashioncrib.co.za)
