-If you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, or otherwise in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. You may also be required to provide evidence of defective items before returning such as sending pictures via email.

-If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or discounts) will be refunded to you using the original payment method within 3 -4 business days once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

-If there is an issue with your return, you will also notify as to why your return was rejected and why we cannot issue a refund. This typically only happens when we receive used products back that are in unsaleable condition.

Racing Wheels Refund And Exchange Policy

-All racing wheels items are made to order and therefore are non-returnable unless there is a defect.

-If you purchase any racing wheels items deemed defective, those items will be replaced with an identical item in the same size. No exceptions will be made.

-For racing wheels items, please check the item before using it as we do not accept returned racing wheels that have been used.

-For racing wheels items, please review the page’s length guide before placing your order.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

-If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

-Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and/or holes that are present before being used.

-If somehow you’ve made an error after placing your order, please click here to contact us as soon as possible and we will see if we can correct it.

-Unfortunately, if you have entered the wrong address, moved, or need to change a product variant after your order has been shipped, we cannot accommodate you or offer you a refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank because sometimes there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CLEARANCE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

SHIPPING

We ship using the address provided by Aramex or Courier Guy. please verify that the information is accurate. Any returned orders will be reshipped at your expense.

You will be for free shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are free. If you receive a refund, the no-cost return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We do guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items must be returned within 21 days of purchase. If more than 21 days have passed then no refund or exchange is available.

Also, we cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered within the suggested time frame, even though we strive to do so. So please note that a late delivery cannot be a reason to request a refund.
