How to Order from Fashioncrib SA
Choose your favourite style, confirm your size and complete your order online. Here is what to expect from browsing to delivery.
Six simple steps to place your order
Before you start, keep your contact and delivery details handy. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Find your style
First, browse the online shop and open a product to view its photographs, description, price and available options.
Choose your size
Next, select the required size, colour or other available option and quantity, then choose Add to cart. If you are unsure about the fit, contact us before ordering.
Review your cart
Then check the item, selected size, quantity and total in your cart. Apply a valid coupon if you have one, then proceed to checkout.
Enter your details
Next, provide your name, email, phone number and complete delivery address. Also check the recipient, province and postcode carefully. You can shop as a guest or create an account.
Complete your payment
You can then pay with Visa, Mastercard or Scan to Pay through AddPay. Review your total and the Terms & Conditions, then place your order and follow AddPay’s payment instructions.
Check your email
Finally, keep your order confirmation and order number. We begin processing after payment confirmation. Once we hand your parcel to the courier, use your tracking details to follow its progress.
Payment confirmation matters. An order confirmation or payment attempt does not by itself confirm successful payment. If payment is unsuccessful, follow the on-screen instructions or contact us with your order number.
From checkout to your doorstep
Standard delivery is free across South Africa. Your order follows the handling and courier times in our Shipping Policy.

Daily cutoff: 17:00 SAST. Orders received after the cutoff enter the processing schedule on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier or other unexpected delays.
